Scope
This policy covers the public ReelOrigin™ website and ReelOrigin™ applications that link to it. Product-specific notices may supplement this policy when a feature requires additional explanation.
Information you provide
We receive information you deliberately provide, such as your name, reply address, support message, feedback, or diagnostic details you choose to send. Never send passwords, access credentials, recovery codes, or private keys through support channels.
Website technical information
Our hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical records needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events. We do not add advertising trackers. If optional analytics are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before deployment.
Connected services and application data
ReelOrigin™ applications may interact with local files, installed applications, or services that a user deliberately connects. Access must remain limited to the feature the user activates. Product-specific disclosures will identify any additional data categories before a feature is released.
Why information is used
We use information to operate features you request, provide support, maintain security, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Private information is not repurposed for unrelated features without notice and appropriate user control.
No sale, advertising, or model training
ReelOrigin™ does not sell personal information. Private user content is not used for targeted advertising or for training general-purpose or personalized artificial-intelligence models.
Storage, retention, and security
Zora is designed around local-first handling, protected operating-system credential storage, and limited caching when needed for requested features. Information is retained only as long as necessary for its disclosed purpose. We use layered administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can decline optional connections, disconnect services inside Zora, clear locally cached data, change application permissions, and contact us about a privacy request. See Data Controls & Deletion.
Children
The public website and Zora Assistant are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through these services.
Changes and contact
